Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ProficientOBM, we design bespoke service packages tailored to each client’s business needs. To ensure fairness, accountability, and clarity, the following policy applies to all bookings, retainers, and projects.

1. Payment & Confirmation

  • All packages and services are payable upfront in full before work commences.

  • Services are only confirmed and scheduled once payment has been received.

 

2. Cancellations

  • For monthly retainers, a minimum commitment of 3 months applies. After this period, services may be cancelled with 1 month's written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

  • For bespoke or project-based packages, once work has commenced, payments are non-refundable.

3. Deliverables & Scope

  • Each package includes clearly defined deliverables, timelines, and milestones.

  • Refunds are not available for completed or in-progress deliverables.

  • If the scope needs to change, this will be managed through a scope variation agreement, which may affect costs and timelines.

4. Time Limits & Service Expiry

  • Services must begin within 30 days of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • All packages are time-bound and must be completed within the agreed timeframe (e.g., 3, 6, or 12 months, depending on the package).

  • Unused deliverables expire at the end of the package period and cannot be carried forward indefinitely.

  • Clients may request one pause of up to 30 days. Services must resume immediately thereafter. Further delays may require re-contracting at current rates.

 

5. Rescheduling

  • Meetings, calls, or onboarding sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24–48 hours’ notice.

  • Missed or last-minute cancellations may be forfeited at ProficientOBM’s discretion.

 

6. Exceptions & Discretion

  • We understand unexpected situations may arise. In rare circumstances, refunds or credits may be considered at ProficientOBM’s sole discretion.

  • All refund and cancellation decisions will be made fairly, in alignment with this policy.
